A labyrinth is an ancient symbol of wholeness. The imagery of the circle and spiral combine into a meandering but purposeful journey.  The labyrinth represents a journey or path to our own center and back again out into the world. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth features no dead ends or wrong turns - a powerful message for those seeking therapy.

The circles, or “atoms” moving around the labyrinth symbolize personal evolution and growth. They represent the transformation and emergence of a higher self through therapy or coaching.

The flame at the center of the labyrinth symbolizes the “ignition” of change that people will find at Catalyst Psychology.

Catalyst Psychology was born from the curious nature of one individual to understand how the brain works and how to use that knowledge to help people live better lives.

Using solution-focused therapy, clients will be guided to imagine their ideal self and will then be shown the pathway to get there; armed with the tools they’ll need for the journey. By leveraging each client’s unique experiences and strengths, Catalyst Psychology works to build their clients up and empowers them to reach their goals. Catalyst prides itself in being a supportive guide for its clients but is also there to hold them accountable in a safe and caring place.

Combining traditional psychological modalities with modern practice, Catalyst Psychology supports its clients with various mental health concerns through all different stages of life.

Through self-awareness, empowerment and understanding, clients will leave Catalyst with greater self confidence, resiliency and mastery to achieve any goal they set their mind to.

I am passionate about mental health and well-being and love working with clients to overcome their challenges and attain their goals through a strengths-based approach. Through the integration of various therapeutic styles, I endeavour to support my clients to build resiliency, overcome obstacles, embrace growth and change, and build a happy and successful life. I recognize the value of adversity to catalyze our growth, change, and success.
